The diet is getting easier as time goes on...I can even drink the shakes in the morning with no problem.
I have had little tastes of the food I would normally have had in the past and my taste has changed...
For example:
1) noodles from chinese takeaway...one small mouth full...no more thanks!
2) ate some tasty cheese (one of my major weaknesses)...tasted fine...after taste not good. Hmmm.....
3) diet cola drinks...skip those...
BUT...unfortunately...well maybe not...TimTams and turkish delight chocolate still taste just wonderful...LOL
So these will have to be kept for special treats.
Update on my feet...I have no fractures which is excellent...went to podiatrist starting some treatment to get my feet working how they should be. Off to buy new support sneakers tomorrow...so I can start walking for fitness.
Weigh-in on my scales end of week 2...I have lost a total of 3kgs...very happy with myself and starting to see and feel the difference already. I can even bend over comfortably to do up my sneakers...impressive!
