Happy to say that refocusing has caused this girl to lose more this week and my clothes are getting looser. Very happy! I am so close to getting out of the 80's on the scales...just a few kgs to go...it is spurring me on!
As you know I have had my feet looked at and they have found nothing yet to explain the pain so I decided that when my boys were at footy training I would walk around the oval while they trained. It's on grass so nice and soft for walking on and not causing too much shock into my feet. Only got 4 laps in the other night before my body said stop...but not bad for someone that hasn't exercised for a long time. So each week I will go for more laps and build up my fitness a bit and hopefully not cause any more damage to my feet.
So all is good on the weight loss and getting healthy journey!
Yay for refocusing :) You'll have to start buying new clothes soon :)
ReplyDeleteYou are doing an amazing job! I love all the positive changes and seeing opportunities to keep metabolism up - like walking around the oval instead of watching. You are inspirational. Keep it up and we all will be healthy and slim too.
