So as you can see I have changed the title of my blog. Yes I will still continue to share my weightloss journey with you but I am also going to let you follow on with my journey of a decluttered house.
I do believe quite strongly that these two problems go hand in hand. When I feel out of control with my house I eat. When I feel out of control with my food I feel unmotivated to do anything with my house let alone just do the normal day to day cleaning. It all adds up to an unhealthy me: mentally, physically and spiritually!!
Some solutions to this are:
1) when I am cleaning my house I am exercising
2) when I am cleaning my house I am not eating junk
3) when I am decluttering my house I am decluttering my mind
4) when I am eating healthy I have more energy
5) when I am eating healthy I have a more positive attitude
6) when I have a positive attitude I can do anything!
My journey is now two-fold but when one is strong so is the other! If I am losing weight and I am seeing less clutter in my house then I am on the right track!
Positive thinking and positive changes are going to make such a difference in my life!
