Refocused...

After having a bad couple of weeks with food and very small amounts of weight loss I am refocusing my efforts to get a better result this week. 

I am noticing though that bits of me are getting smaller.  My clothes are getting looser.  So things are happening not just fast enough.  I can lose more each week I just have to be more discplined. 

Unfortunately food did control me again the other night and I ate all the wrong things...bacon cabonara pasta, choc chip biscuits and a hot cross bun.  Did my body thank me the next day?  No it did not!

So I am back in control!!  The only major area I need to improve on is my water intake.  Need to drink a lot more!!  This will help with the weight loss.
